HOW TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER:
The quickest way to place an order is to Register In (Button at Top Right of Page), add your delivery address, and then login in and click the START ORDER button from the delivery address. You will then be shown all of the restaurants that are available in your delivery zone to order from. PLACE YOUR ORDER...WE DELIVER THE RESULTS!

MENU PRICES: 
Restaurants may change their prices incrementally without notice to us and the business customer. Restaurant prices displayed on this web site, online, mobile application and printed material distributed by Catering216 are delivery prices only. (Catering216 may add a small up charge to the menu item prices in order to meet its service requirements.)

ADVANCED ORDERS:  (Recommended)
We encourage clients to plan ahead as much as possible by placing advanced orders days, weeks or even months ahead of time. Advanced orders can be changed or cancelled anytime up to the day of delivery. Thank you for planning ahead. We promise it makes your food ordering much easier to manage.

SAME DAY ORDERS: 
We realize that you may need to place a catering order for a same day delivery, in fact more like 3 to 4 hours on the same day, we can and we will do our best to accommodate this same day delivery request. We suggest that you call or email us before you place your order online to make sure that we can deliver your order on-time. We do not offer ASAP delivery times.

DINNER / WEEKEND ORDERS: 
We understand that you may have occasions where a dinner business meeting is required. (5:00 pm to 9:00 pm) We can accommodate a dinner delivery request by calling or emailing us with the details of the food and delivery times. We prefer 24 hours notice, but we may be able to accommodate a same day dinner delivery request as long as we know before 2:00 pm that day. 

We can be available for Saturday and Sunday deliveries. We ask that you call or email us before your place your order online. A higher delivery fee may be added to the order. 

CANCELED ORDERS:
If you have placed an advanced order and need to cancel it please call us as soon as possible so we can stop the food preparation at the restaurant. If the restaurant has already prepared the food, there may be a charge for the food only. However, we will do everything possible to work it out with you.

DELIVERY ZONE:
Restaurants are grouped by delivery zones. Based on the business delivery address and zip code will determine which restaurants are available for that delivery zone. When ordering outside of your local delivery zone there may be a higher delivery fee or a higher food minimum or both depending on the restaurant and delivery location. 

MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS:
We are happy to accommodate food orders from multiple restaurants. Please call us and discuss what you would like to do and we will do our best to accomplish your multiple restaurant request.

COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS: 
Unfortunately, we can not accept restaurant coupons or other third party promotions for any orders placed with us.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We gladly accept VISA, Master card, American Express and Discover. We also accept CASH and a Company Check. Please call us if your company would like to set up a billing House Account with Net 10 day terms.
